SOHO W1 Earbuds - FACTORY RESET

 

  1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case.

  2. Reset/clear you playback devices Bluetooth device list (maybe your mobile phone or tablet)

  3. Press down on both earbuds for 10 seconds, or until to you see the led lights flashing, this will have carried out a hard reset.

  4. Take the W1 out of the charging case and search for them on your mobile device

 

Hopefully you can pair the W1 with out any issue and this may have resolved the issue.
